PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR CONSULTANCY AND NON-CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE FY 2023/2027 – NG-CDF-KAMUKUNJI

NG-CDF-KAMUKUNJI CONSTITUENCY TENDER AUGUST 2023 

1. PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGIC PLAN FY 2023-2027

Kamukunji National Government Constituency Development Fund wishes to invite interested and competent bidders from reputable firms- to participate in Provision of Consultancy Services for Development of a five-year Strategic Plan for Kamukunji Constituency that will include, preparation/ compilation of detailed information, printing and launching. Interested Consultants who meet the qualifications are requested to apply as per the above subject developing a strategic plan for the constituency and may obtain tender documents from Kamukunji NG-CDF offices at Pumwani. The consultancy firm must have valid documents which include:

1. A copy of Valid KRA PIN Registration Certificate
2. A copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate for the Firm
3. A copy of Certificate of Incorporation
4. A Detailed Company/ Business profile
5. A Detailed budget with plan of activities
6. Evidence of similar works done for the last 3 years
7. C.V and proof of qualifications of staff (post graduate degree in strategic management, project management and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Finance, Economics or any other related relevant field indicated in the proposal}

NB: In your price quotations, ensure that your consolidated cost is inclusive of VAT and any other relevant costs. Invalid Documents and inaccurate quotations will automatically be disqualified from the process.

Tender documents are available at our offices upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs.l, 000 in cash at the Sub-County Treasury per set of documents payable to Kamukunji NG-CDF.

Completed and sealed tender documents should be returned to Kamukunji NG-CDF offices by 5^th  September, 2023 at 11.00a.m. and be deposited in our tender box.

Submitted documents will be opened soon after the closing time in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

2. PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS, CONTRACTORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2023/2024 & 2024/2025

interested and eligible bidders may obtain Prequalification documents at NG-CDFC office during the normal working hours (Monday – Friday 8.00 am to 5.00pm) or NG-CDF website: www.ngcdf.go.ke . Applicants wishing to participate MUST attach the following documents

• Copy of KRA Tax compliance certificate.
• Company Registration Documents. (Certificate of incorporation and Memorandums]
• Copy of PIN/VAT registration certificate
• Company Profile.
• Copy of registration with National Construction Authority [N.C.A] for contractors
• List and copies of previous contractual assignments.
• AGPO registration. Access to government Procurement Opportunities for youth and women/ where applicable.
• In case of Professional firms’ copies of certificates and credentials of the Directors or key officials.

Complete documents should be submitted in a clear marked envelop to the following address or hand delivered and dropped in the tender box at NG- CDFC office at Kamukunji Sub County Headquarters in Pumwani on or before 11.00am on 6th September, 2023 and opened immediately thereafter in the presence of respondents or their representatives who choose to attend at the Kamukunji NG-CDF boardroom.
