The County Government of Bungoma through the Ministry of Tourism, Environment, Water, Natural Resources and Climate Change invites tenders from eligible contractors for provision of the following Service.

Complete tender documents containing detailed information may be obtained by downloading from the County Government of Bungoma website www.bungoma.go.ke .Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) or https://tenders.go.ke and the IFMIS tender portal www.supplier.treasuary.go.ke free of charge. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date.
Interested bidders are invited to assemble at the Water Department Board Room on Friday 25th August, 2023 at 10:00 a.m for pre-bid/tender briefing. Site visit to all markets and dumpsite is mandatory to those who wish to bid for this tender and they will be issued with site visit Certificate from the Department of Tourism, Environment, and Climate Change.
Complete Tender documents should be uploaded on the IFMIS portal on or before Thursday 31st August, 2023 at 11.30am.l ocal time. Bids/tenders shall be opened immediately upon closing on 31st August, 2023 at 11:30a.m local time at the Water Department Board Room in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend.
NOTE: Bidders who may experience challenges in accessing and uploading their tenders in the IFMIS tender portal should contact IFMIS help desk (email http:/ifmis.go.ke , Tel; 0800721477/020480101) at the National Treasury or contact/visit the Head of Supply Chain Management Office located behind H.E the Governor’s office County Government of Bungoma during normal working hours (8:00a.m-5:00p.m).
MANUAL SUBMISSION will not be accepted. All tenders/ bids must be submitted through the IFMIS platform.
