COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF MACHAKOS TENDER AUGUST 2023 

The County Government of Machakos invites interested bidders to apply for the Tenders as shown below.

Interested Bidders may examine and obtain detailed Tender documents by downloading from the Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke or the County website www.machakos.go.ke or the ifmis portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke  Complete tender documents should be submitted online on the supplier portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke Manual Submissions will not be allowed.

The criteria shall be as described in the Tender document under instructions to tenders.

Completed tender documents must be submitted through the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS] supplier portal so as to be received not later than 31^st  August 2023. Original bid security MUST be delivered to the office of Head of Supply Chain Management Office based at the Machakos County Headquarters during official working hours, on or before tender close date. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office hours Monday to Friday between 0900hrs and 1600hrs in writing via email Supplychain@machakos.go.ke  or call the Deputy Director HRM on 0711368796 to facilitate any clarification.

Please note that MANUAL SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All tender documents must be submitted via IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL.
