INVITATION TO TENDER FOR ECDE CENTERS REPAIRS & RENOVATIONS IN TURKANA WEST SUB COUNTY
Waldorf Kakuma project invites interested bidders for proposals to renovate the following ECD Centres in Turkana West Sub- County: l St. Teresa Nakwamor ECDE Centre
- Ngikwateak ECDE Centre
- Kikeunae ECDE Centre
- Nadome ECDE Centre
- Nawatom ECDE Centre
Review of bids will be conducted based on competitive pricing and technical capacity . Tendering is open to all qualified and interested bidders based in Turkana West Sub-County Only who may view/obtain the tender document by downloading it from the Waldorf Kakuma Project website: www.waldorfkakumaproject.org. Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least five [5] days to the closing date of the tender. All clarifications and/or addendums will be posted on the Waldorf Kakuma Project website.
Prices for the quoted items shall be inclusive of; VAT delivery costs and labor cost and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty [120] days from the tender closing date.
The price to be charged for the tender fee shall be Ksh. 5,000/= non-refundable to be deposited into: Account Name: Waldorf Kakuma Agencies. Account No. 1650262707912, Equity bank, Kakuma branch and the bank slip for the payment attached to the l ender documents. Bidders shall quote for each item listed. Late submission of bids shall be rejected.
Duly completed and sealed tender documents to be submitted for both technical and financial bids clearly marked with the tender number and title indicated on the envelope. Bids not following this requirement shall be disqualified. Bids shall be addressed to:
