PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES AT KeRRA HEADQUATERS

TENDER No. KeRRA/011/38/12/2019-2020

The Kenya Rural Roads Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the provision of Cleaning Services at its Headquarters located at Block B, Barabora Plaza, Airport South Road for a period of 24 months commencing from June 2020, with the possibility of renewal.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and Inspect/ download the Tender documents free of charge from the National Integrated Financial Management System (IFMIS] Supplier Portal [http://supplier.treasury.go.ke] and/or Kenya Rural Roads Authority’s website www.kerra.go.ke.

A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on Wednesday 26^th February at the 2^nd Floor Boardroom.

The sealed bids MUST be submitted to the address below or deposited in the Tender Box located on Ground Floor Block B on or before Thursday 5^th March, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Thereafter, opening of the bids will take place at the same venue starting from 11:15 a.m.
