The Ministry of Education together with the National Government Constituencies Development FUND (NGCDF) – Dagoretti South through Lenana School invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible bidders for the construction of Lenana Primary School

Interested & qualified bidders may obtain Tender Documents from the Secretary BOM/ Principal, Lenana School in person upon payment of anon-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000/ to the Schools Cash Office before 4.00 pm on normal working days or downloaded from Public Procurement Information portal [PPIP] tenders.go.ke.

Complete tender document in plain sealed envelopes with a Bid Security Kenya shillings one Million from a reputable bank or from a PPRA accredited insurance company valid for one hundred fifty six [156] days from tender opening date, marked with tender number on the right corner and then deposited in the tender box at Lenana School so as to reach the address below:

Submitted bids will be opened publicly in the School’s boardroom soon after the above stated closing date and time in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.

Prices quoted must be net inclusive of VAT and all Government Taxes and must remain valid for one hundred twenty six [126] days from the opening date of the tender.

The Government reserves the right to reject any tender giving reasons for the rejection and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
