INVITATION TO TENDER

NG-CDF EMUHAYA CONSTITUENCY INVITES SEALED BIDS FROM ELIGIBLE BIDDERS 
FOR FOLLOWING PROPOSED PROJECT IN EMUHAYA CONTITUENCY

Interested eligible bidders may download a complete set of tender documents from the Public
Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) or obtain hard copies from the respective school as from
8.00am5.00pm on normal working days after payment of a non-refundable fee of ksh. 1000 and must
meet the following mandatory requirements as outlined in the tender document.

Mandatory requirements
1. Valid copy of Certificate of Incorporation /Business Registration
2. Valid copy of N.C.A registration certificate category 7 and above in building works.
3. Valid annual N.C.A practicing license for the above category
4. 4. Current copy of CR 12(List of Directors)
5. Copy of valid Tax compliant certificate.
6. Valid Single Business Permit.
7. Attach a bid bond of 2% of the tender sum from a Bank/approved Financial Institution.
8. Dully filled, signed and stamped form of Tender and Confidential Business Questionnaire
9. Certified audited financial accounts for the last three years.
10. Certified current bank statement for the last Six months.
11. Provide litigation History.
12. Evidence of completed projects of similar nature, complexity and magnitude.
13. Have all pages of the bid documents serialized/paginated.

❖ Bidders are required to inspect the sites prior to submission of their bids.
❖ Prices quoted must be net inclusive of V.A.T and all Government taxes and must be valid for 120
days from the date of tender opening.

Dully completed tender documents must be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the
tender number and deposited in the tender box situated at the school so as to be received on or before
22nd September, 2023 at 10.00 am. Late applications will not be accepted.

Opening of the bids will take place immediately after the deadline for submitting the tenders in the
Principal’s office in the presence of bidders/representatives who chose to attend.

The PMC’S reserves the right to reject any tender giving reasons for the rejection and does not bind itself
to accept the lowest or any tender.
