PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF TUITION BLOCK AT MBOGO VALLEY SECONDARY SCHOOL TENDER NO. NG-CDF/T/MSS/001/2023

NG-CDF TINDIRET TENDER SEPTEMBER 2023 

Proposed Mbogo Valley Secondary school has received funding from NG CDF Tinderet Constituency towards construction of tuition block and therefore wishes to invite eligible and qualified bidders for construction of the same.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the NG-CDF Office, Tinderet Constituency during working hours and may also pay a site visit at the said school Compound so as to ascertain the scope of works. A complete set of tender document may be obtained by interested bidders upon a payment of anon-refundable fee as indicated above in cash payable to Sub-County Accountant Tinderet.

Interested bidders should note that only those who meet the criteria indicated below as minimum requirement supported by relevant documents as at the time of submission will be considered for further evaluation.

• Certified copy of a valid company’s Certificate of Incorporation.
• A copy of CR12 form issued by the Registrar of Companies (Not older than 12 months).
• Tender security of Ksh. 1,000,000 valid for 180 days from the date of opening tenders.
• Proof of current registration with NCA as stated above accompanied by valid Contractors Annual Practicing License.
• Copy of KRA PIN Certificate
• Valid Tax Compliance certificate or Tax Exemption Certificate issued by KRA.
• Proof of similar works and their value undertaken in the last three years (Attach Completion Certificate)
• Attach a current certified Business Permit/Trade License.
• Audited Accounts for the last three years with a turnover equivalent or more than the cost of the project.
• The tenderer MUST NOT have Historical Contract Non-Performance and Pending Litigation.
• Dully filled Tender questionnaire.
• Dully filled confidential business questionnaire.

Tenderers MUST submit one original Copy and one copy of the Tender Document. Both copies (including attachments) MUST be serialized/paginated ONLY using a numbering machine.

Completed Tender Documents with official receipt for the fee paid attached are to be Enclosed in plain sealed envelope without the slightest indication of the bidders’ identification, clearly marked with Tender Name and Number, addressed to:-

Tender Documents should be deposited in the Tender box at the offices of NG-CDF TINDERET CONSTITUENCY, so as to reach the above on or before 29^th  September 2023 at 10:00am Received Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend in the NG-CDF TINDERET BOARDROOM.
