Interested bidders can download the tender document from the county government of Tana river website[www.tanariver.go.ke].

The tenderers who may experience challenges can contact procurement office at the county headquarters during working hours.

The applicants must have the following qualification:

  • Certified Certificate of incorporation
  • Dully filled form of tender
  • Certified tax compliance certificate
  • Certified valid business permit issued by County Government.
  • Dully filled confidential business questionnaire.
  • Dully filled power of attorney/ litigation history

NB: FOR TENDER NO. TRCG/0T/HEALTH/007/2023/2024, SITE VISIT IS MANDATORY.

THE SITE VISIT WILL TAKE PLACE AS FROM 16TH SEPT 2023 TO 24TH  SEPT 2023, DURING WORKING HOURS. KINDLY MAKE SURE TO VISIT THE SITE BEFORE QUOTING. THE COUNTY REFERRAL HOSPITAL, PROCUREMENT OFFICE WILL BE READY TO RECEIVE ANY INTERESTED VISITOR FOR SITE VIST.

Bids must be submitted to the tender box situated at the County Headquarter not later than 28th Sept 2023. The tender opening process will be on 28TH  Sept 2023 at 10:00am in the County Boardroom at the County Headquarters in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Bids submitted later than the closing date will be disqualified.
