INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND COMMISSIONING OF INTERNET SERVICES FOR TWO (2) FINANCIAL YEARS
1. The NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT TRUST FUND invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY AND
COMMISSIONING OF INTERNET SERVICES FOR TWO (2) FINANCIAL YEARS
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method [National] using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours Monday to Friday between 0900 to 1500 hours (East Africa Time)
at the address given below.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non-refundable fees of Ksh. 1,000 in cash at the NETFUND Office located at National
Water Plaza, 1st floor, on Dunga Road. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the
NETFUND website, www.netfund.go.ke or the PPIP portal, www.tenders.go.ke. Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the NETFUND website,
www.netfund.go.ke or the PPIP portal, www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to netfundtenders@gmail.com to facilitate
any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [insert “tender Security” or “Tender-Securing Declaration,”
as appropriate] of [insert amount and currency in case of a tender Security.] NOT APPLICABLE
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before WEDNESDAY OCTOBER
11TH, 2023 AT 1000 HOURS (EAST AFRICAN TIME).
