INVITATION TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
TENDER NO: CGN/MOH/RFP/04/2023-2024
PROVISION OF TELERADIOLOGY CONSULTANCY SERVICES.
The County Government of Nakuru invites eligible and qualified tenderers to submit sealed
Tenders for; PROVISION OF TELERADIOLOGY CONSULTANCY SERVICES.
1. Tendering will be conducted under national open tender using a standardized tender
document.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours atthe address given below.
3. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the County Government of Nakuru
website; www.nakuru.go.ke and Public Procurement Information Portal;
https://www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
4. Tenderer shall provide a Tender Security of Kshs. 100,000 (One hundred thousand shillings only) in form of a bank guarantee, a guarantee by an Insurance company registered and licensed by
Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority or a guarantee issued by a financial
institution approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 13th October, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
7. Completed tenders indicating tender number and description as described in the Tender Documentshall be submitted back in hardcopies in plain sealed envelope indicating tender number anddescription as described in the Tender Document should be deposited in the Tender box located atthe Nakuru County Referral and Teaching Hospital Administration block or sent by post to addressbelow.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
