Contract Name: Supply, Installation, Implementation & Support of an Integrated Web-Based Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP), Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) and Computers

1. The Coast Water Works Development Agency (CWWDA) has received funds from Agence Française de Développement
toward the cost of the Improvement of drinking water and sanitation systems in Mombasa –
Mwache Project and it intends to apply part of the funds to payments under the contract for Supply, Upgrade,
installation, Implementation & Support of an Integrated Web-Based Enterprise Resource Planning System
(ERP) and Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) both with Associated Hardware and Softwares,

2. The CWWDA, a Parastatal under the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation (MWSI), now invites eligible
and qualified bidders for the procurement of Supply, Installation, Implementation & Support of an Integrated
Web-Based Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP), Enterprise Document Management
System (EDMS) and Computers in lots as detailed below:

Lot No Description of the Goods
Lot 1 a.) Upgrade, Supply, Delivery, Implementation & Support of an Integrated Web-Based Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) for CWWDA with 3 years maintenance and licensing after commissioning. Payment for licensing and maintenance will be done annually.
  b.) Supply, delivery, assembling, installation, configuration and testing of servers with their appropriate software and accessories
  c.)     Supply and Installation of three (3) UPS
  d.)     Supply, delivery, installation, configuration and testing of a Backup/ Restore solution with its appropriate software and accessories.
  e.)     Supply, delivery, installation, configuration and testing of Smart POE Switches with their appropriate software and accessories.
  f.)     Provision, delivery, installation, setup and testing of 15KVA Solar power solution with their appropriate accessories
  g.)    Provision, delivery, installation, setup and testing of 5KVA Solar power solution for Baricho & Mazeras stations with their appropriate accessories.
Lot 2 a.      Supply, installation, implementation, training of electronic document management system (EDMS), digitization/ indexing and workflows with 3 years maintenance and licensing after commissioning. Payment for Licensing and maintenance will be done annually.
  b.      Supply, delivery, installation, configuration and testing of a Network Attached Storage (NAS) device with its appropriate accessories.
  c.     Supply, delivery, installation, configuration and testing of printers with their appropriate accessories.
  d.     Supply, delivery, installation, configuration and testing of Scanners with their appropriate a ccessories.
Lot 3 a.      Supply and delivery of fifty (50) Laptops
  b.     Supply and delivery of eleven (11) All in One Desktops

3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Standard for Bids as specified
in the Guidelines for the Procurement of AFD-Financed Contracts in Foreign Countries” Published in
October 2019(“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement
Regulations.
