The County Government of Isiolo seeks to carry out a payroll and personnel census audit of the County Public Service to enhance integrity of human resource system by removal of ghost workers from the county payroll in order to enhance efficiency and service delivery to the people of Isiolo County. The procuring entity invites interested and eligible HR and Payroll Assurance Firms to submit proposals for the following; –
