REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS 
LAPFUND is a State Corporation established in 1960 by an Act of Parliament Cap. 272, Laws of
Kenya and a Defined Contribution Retirement Scheme registered and regulated by the Retirement
Benefits Act of 1997 and Subsequent Regulations.
LAPFUND intends to register suppliers for supply and provisions of goods, works and services for
financial year 2023/2024 – 2024/2025.
Interested and eligible bidders may view and download the above registration documents from
LAPFUND website www.lapfund.or.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.
go.ke) or at LAPFUND Procurement Office on 10th Floor 316 Upperhill Chambers, 2nd
Ngong Avenue. The registration document can be downloaded from the above websites free
of charge.
Completed Supplier registration document shall be sealed in a plain envelope, clearly marked as
stated in the registration document showing Category, Reference number and Item Description
and addressed to: –
