PROVISION OF STAFF MEDICAL, GLA AND GPA/WIBA INSURANCE COVER SERVICES

Background.

Objectives.

HFH East Africa, Africa Area Office invites quotations from eligible and competent Insurance Brokers and Agents for the provision of a Comprehensive Staff medical, GLA and GPA/ WIBA insurance cover for staff based in Nairobi, Kenya. The cover will be for a period of One year, January – December 2024. With possibility of extension based on performance.

Scope.

In-Patient Treatment and Out- patient services will be provided to employees and their dependents including Dental, Optical, Maternity & Medical Evacuation. Tele-Medical Consultation, Evaluation, Referral 24 hours. Medical Evacuation and Repatriation. Hospital Admission, Monitoring of Medical Condition, Dispatch of Medicine in the event of Emergency, Emergency Message Transmission, transportation to Join Patient, Care/Transportation of Minor Children, Return of Mortal Remains, Interpreter and Legal Referrals, Travel Insurance (Rider to the Medical Insurance Cover), Pre-Trip Information and General Assistance Services and Loss of Luggage etc.
