- c)Instruction for submission of completed documents shall be indicated on the tender document
- d)Nothing in this expression of interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual obligations with ECLOF Kenya Ltd
- e)ECLOF Kenya Ltd, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this tender prequalification process
