The County Assembly of Elgeyo Marakwet hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the provision of the following services for financial year 2023-2024

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

| MR7 | There should be no arithmetic errors on total sum quoted |
| MRS | Copy of Directors /owners of the company CR12 |
| MR9 | Must bid online through the IFMIS system |
| MR10 | Must show evidence of statutory payment i.e NHIF /NSSF |
A complete tender document should be submitted in a sealed plain envelope clearly marked with tender document number and deposited in the tender box situated at the reception of the County Assembly or addressed as below and posted to;
