INVITATION TO TENDER 
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR KAKAMEGA COUNTY HEALTH FACILITY 
NEGOTIATION NO: 1361011-2023/2024 
The County Government of Kakamega Invites Sealed Tenders for The SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
ASSORTED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR KAKAMEGA COUNTY HEALTH FACILITY
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours (0800 to 1700 hours) at the address given below.
2. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the County Website: www.kakamega.go.ke or
the Public Procurement and Information Portal (PPIP) www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
3. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
supplychain@kakamega.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. Tenders to be accompanied by a tender security of Ksh. 350,000/= (Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Shillings
Only.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 27th October, 2023 at
12.00 Noon. Only Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
5. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives and who choose to attend at the address below.
6. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Late tenders will be rejected.
