COMPLETED TENDERS SHALL BE SUBMITTED MANUALLY TO THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF MARSABIT GOVERNORS’ OFFICE BUILDING, ATTHE RECEPTION.

Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated below as a minimum supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.

1. Dully Certified Copy of Registration/ Incorporation certificate
2. Dully Certificate Valid Tax Compliance certificate. The procuring entity shall verify the validity of the tax compliance certificate on the KRA’S ITAX portal using TCC CHECKER.
3. Certified copy of KRA pin certificate.
4. Certified copy of Valid Business Permit
5. Dully filled Form of Tender
6. Bid security of Kshs. 9,000,000.00 from a reputable bank, microfinance, insurance firm or any other reputable financial institution.
7. Minimum litigation history, [Sworn affidavit to be provided]
8. Dully filled confidential business questionnaire form
9. Must Submit a certified copy of Valid NCA 2 and above for building works, a certified copy of Valid NCA 4 and above for electrical and mechanical works.
10. Must submit bid document that is properly bound and chronologically paginated.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with tender name, reference number and deposited in the tender box situated at the reception at County Government of Marsabit headquarters or be addressed to:-
