INVITATION TO TENDER
GABION CONSTRUCTION AT KIAMWASI REHABILITATION CENTRE 2023 

INVITATION TOTENDER (ITT) NO. 1361767-2023/2024 
1. The County Government of Kisii invites sealed tenders for the construction of Gabion construction at kiamwasi
rehabilitation centre
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qual i fied and interested Tenderers.
In case this tender is subject to a Reservation, specify the Group that is eligible to tender, i.e. tendering is open to
e.g. all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with………………………”.
Incase this tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one
or more Lots”.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours Kisii procurement offices Block A Treasury Buildings opposite Huduma centre Kisii town at the
address given below.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a
non- refundable fees of Kshs. 1000(One thousand shillings) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the
address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s
www.kisiicounty.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (insert website). Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (insert email, telephone and postal
address) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (…)
days from the date of opening of tenders.
