PREQUALIFIED FOR PROVISION AND/OR SUPPLY OF VARIOUS CATEGORIES OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD 2024/2025 – WAUMINI SACCO

WAUMINI SACCO SOCIETY LIMITED TENDER NOVEMBER 2023 

Waumini Sacco Society Limited is a Savings and Credit Co-operative Society registered in 1980 under the Co-operative Societies Act of the Laws of Kenya. The Sacco primarily mobilizes Savings and Deposits and extends Credit to its members thereby empowering them economically and socially.

The Sacco hereby invite interested suppliers and service providers with suitable capabilities to be prequalified for provision and/or supply of various categories of goods and services for the period 2024 – 2025

The pre-qualification process will therefore be conducted online via SRM eProcurement Portal. Interested & eligible suppliers can access the prequalification category list and register on www.srmhub.com and select “Waumini Sacco Society Limited” under “Apply Tender”.

Access to submit the application shall be automatically granted upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KES 2,000/- per category. The fee is payable using M-PESA Paybill No. 4095233, Use Account Number auto generated in system to validate your payment. The deadline for participation in the prequalification exercise is 29th / November/ 2023 at 1730hrs [East Africa Time).

Where required, all requisite documentation must be scanned and uploaded onto the online portal. Hardcopy documentation is NOT acceptable.

Current suppliers and service providers are required to participate in order to be considered. All applicants who duly complete the online prequalification process will be notified on the outcome of their applications after completion of the vetting process.

Waumini Sacco Society Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any application in whole or in part at its discretion
