REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR EVALUATION OF KTDA GROUP BUSINESS MODEL 2023

KENYA TEA DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (HOLDINGS) LIMITED TENDER NOVEMBER 2023 

KTDA Holdings limited (KTDA) is seeking the services of an experienced consulting firm to carry out the process of evaluation of its entire group business comprising of nine subsidiary companies and a Foundation. The consultant will be expected to conduct an in-depth analysis of the functions of KTDA Holdings and each of its subsidiary companies singling out any overlapping functions between and among them and from the findings propose the options available for posterity.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain detailed Request for Proposals document from the procurement office located on third floor Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi during normal working hours, upon payment of the registration fee. The documents may also be requested upon payment by emailing: procurement(a)ktdateas.com. Bidders who participated the same tender (KTDA/190/2023) recently advertised are exempted from paying the tender fee.

Completed Proposal documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi, to be received not later than 9.30 AM on 13^th  December 2023. The Technical proposal documents will be opened on the same day.

Tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening. KTDA is not obliged to accept any proposal or give reasons thereof.

Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
