KTDA Management Services Ltd invites sealed tenders from eligible firms for provision of car hire and staff transport services as specified in the tender documents.
Interested eligible firms may obtain further information and the tender documents from the procurement office located on 3rd floor Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi during normal working hours. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee. The documents may also be requested upon payment by emailing: procurement@iktdateas.com
Tender documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the tender description and reference number, addressed to:

Completed tender documents shall be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 9.00 AM on 13th December 2023.
The submitted documents will be opened on the same day virtually through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
