INVITATION TO TENDER
Samaritan Commercial Agencies Ltd is a medium sized private limited real estate and Construction Company
registered under the Companies Act Cap 486 , registration no PVT KAU8Z5Z W e are located in Nyahururu
town, serving both Laiki pia and nyandarua Counties . The company is Registered and licensed by the
National Construction Authority to undertake building and construction, water and roads works. We also
offer property mana gement services and real estate property sales. We hereby invite interested vendors and
service providers with suitable capabilities to supply the company with request for proposals for services
mentioned below and provision of services and/or works for the period 2023

All Eligible vendors may obtain the Request for proposal documents via email, upon payment of a non
refundable fee of Kshs 2,5 00 to paybill 4013931 account name enter ( RFP Quotation Send email to the
undersigned via email address samaritanagencyltd@gmail.com clearly marked Request for proposal
documents (RFP year 2023 stating Tender Number and Tender description to obtain tender documents .

20300 NYAHURURU. So as to reach us on or before 10th December 2023 , Samaritan commercial
agency Ltd will open all tender proposals thereafter at our offices on 20th December 2023 , 12.00pm . All
appl icants who duly qualify will be notified on the outcome of their applications after completion of the vetting
process via email only . Samaritan commercial agency limited reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
request for proposal appl ications either in whole or in part.
