Tenderers are invited from interested firms to undertake the below listed tender

Interested bidders can download the tender document from the County Government of Tana River website (www.tanariver.go.ke), www.supplier.treasury.go.ke .

The tenderers who may experience challenges can contact procurement office at the county headquarters during working hours.

The applicants must have the following qualification:

Ø  Certified Certificate of incorporation

Ø  Dully filled form of tender

Ø  Certified tax compliance certificate

Ø  Certified valid business permit issued by County Government.

Ø  Dully filled confidential business questionnaire.

Ø  Dully filled power of attorney/ litigation history

Ø  Serialize and name all submissions.

Ø  Current CR12 certificate (not older than six months)

Ø  Tender Validity period of 120 days

Ø  Provide a copy of PWD certificate

Ø  Attach a fully filled and signed tender securing declaration form

Bids must be submitted to through the ifmis portal not later than 29^th Nov 2023 using the negotiation number provided above. The tender opening process will be on  29^th Nov 2023 at 10:00am in the County Boardroom at the County Headquarters in the presence of bidder, and their representatives who choose to attend.
