INVITATION TO TENDER
SPOT IMPROVEMENT OF BURUBURU I PRIMARY SCHOOL ACCESS ROAD

TENDER NO. EWNGCDF/007/2023-2024 
1. The (Embakasi West Constituency) invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for (SPOT
IMPROVEMENT OF BURUBURU I PRIMARY SCHOOL ACCESS ROAD).
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. This Tender is Reserved for AGPO Enterprises with the eligibility being WOMEN.
4. The budget for this road is; Ksh 7,636,198.80
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [0900 to1600 hours] at the address given below.

6. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders (who would
want a hard copy of the tender document) upon payment of a non- refundable fees of (Kshs 1000) in
cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below:

electronically from the Website(s) www.embakasiwestcdf.com. Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
7. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Authority’s Website
(www.embakasiwestcdf.com). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
8. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
(www.embakasiwestcdf.com). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to (embakasiwestcdf@gmail.com/cdfembakasiwest@cdf.go.ke) to facilitate
any further clarification or addendum.
9. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for
210 days from the date of opening of tenders

10. All Tenders must be accompanied by “Tender Security” or “Tender-Securing Declaration
11. The Tenderer shall Sequentially serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
13. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
14. Late tenders will be rejected.
