TENDER FOR EVENT ORGANISER, WATER AND SANITATION
INVESTORS CONFERENCE (WASIC) 2024

Water Sector Trust Fund (WSTF, WaterFund) is a State Corporation in the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation and
established under the Water Act, 2016, Section 113, with the mandate to provide conditional and unconditional grants
to the Counties and to assist in financing the development of and management of water and sanitation services in the
marginalised and underserved areas.
WaterFund in consultation with the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation, is in the process of organising for the
Water and Sanitation Investors Conference (WASIC) 2024, to attract potential investors, increase business partnerships
and financing to the Sector, for increased access to water and sanitation.
The Conference will be held in the week of 6th – 8th March 2024 in Nairobi at the KICC with Conference execution days
being 6th to 8th, while 4th and 5th are preparation and build-up days. The event will include Plenary Sessions, Convener
Sessions, Exhibitions and Business to Business meetings. A Gala Dinner will also be organised to enhance networking.

SUBMISSION AND CLOSURE PERIOD
Bidder are required to come up with a bid which best address the TOR and submit 2 copies of the bid document (1
original & 1 copy). Envelopes should be sealed in an outer envelope Marked: WSTF/RFP/WASIC/01/2023/2024

and placed in the Tender Box located on the 1st Floor, CIC Plaza 1, Mara Road so as to be received on or before 15th
December, 2023, at 10.00 AM. Technical Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the applicants
or their representatives who choose to attend.
