RE: INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION FIRMS
Moi University invites sealed Applications from eligible Applicants, with the capacity to perform can apply as tabulated below. We intend to undertake the construction of modern buildings for the Library Phase II at the Annex Campus as well as complete the construction works at the school of Public Health, Dentistry and Nursing (PDN).

Interested Applicants can obtain the Pre-qualification documents from the Procurement Office, main Campus during normal working hours, from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 1.00pm, & 2.00pm to 5.00pm free of Charge. The documents may also be accessed and downloaded free of charge from the Moi University website www.mu.ac.ke. or www.tenders.go.ke, Public Procurement Information Portal [PPIP].Applicants/Bidders who download the Pre-qualification documents must forward their particulars immediately to suBpLies@mu.ac.ko.
Completed Pre-qualification documents must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Name and Reference Number and deposited in the Tender Box located at the Administration and Senate Building, main Reception Area at Moi University, Main Campus on or before Thursday 18th January, 2024, at 11:00 am or sent to;
