NOTIFICATION FOR TENDER N. N. AVSI/NRB/DEC/2023/18
AVSI invites sealed bids from established agribusiness for supply and delivery of farm inputs in 30 dairy cooperatives in Meru, Tharaka and Embu. Ref. N. AVSI/ NRB/DEC/2023/18

Requirements:
Company profile with
- PIN and registration certificate
- Certificate of compliance [Current]
- County operating business license
- Backed/proven past experience
- Audited accounts for the last 2 years
- Declaration of Eligibility duly stamped and signed (Annex 1]
- AVSI Code of Ethics acceptance duly stamped and signed [Annex 2]
- Relevant certificates from ministry of agriculture and relevant bodies
- Filled tender dossier
All the above requirements are mandatory in order to be included in the evaluation
Evaluation criteria:
- Cost will be the main criteria (70%)
- Delivery (20%)
- Terms of payment (10%)
Manner of Submission
Established agribusiness are advised to collect tender dossier at AVSI Main Offices off Thika rd, exit 8 Roysambu, St. Kizito building near TRM Mall as from December 18th , 2023 during working hours (Monday – Friday 8:00 am-1:00 pm and 2:00 pm-5:00 pm] at a fee of Kshs 4000 for all lots We remain closed from 25th Dec 23 – 2nd Jan 2024.
Tenders must be submitted before 22nd January 2023 in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “TENDER No. TENDER N. N. AVSI/NRB/DEC/2023/18 – Farm inputs in a tender box marked N. AVSI/NRB/ DEC/2023/18 – Farm Inputs. Tender will be open on the same date at 12.30 pm, all suppliers are invited in the tender opening Bids offer not strictly conforming to tender specifications and conditions will not be considered.
Late bids will not be accepted.
