PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL COVER FOR HON. MEMBERS OF COUNTY ASSEMBLY, COUNTY ASSEMBLY SERVICE BOARD MEMBERS
AND STAFF FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2023-2024
1.1 West Pokot County Assembly invites sealed bids from interested eligible candidates for provision of
Comprehensive medical cover for Members of county assembly, county service board members and staff
for financial year 2023-2024
1.2 Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at the
following websites (www.westpokotassembly.go.ke, www.supplier.treasury,go.ke and
www.tenders.go.ke.
1.3 Completed tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates from the above websites
1.4 Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for
120 days from the closing date of the tender.
1.5 Complete tender documents are to be paginated scanned and submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER
PORTAL: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke indicating the tender number and name so as to be received on or
before 28th December 2023, at 9.00 a.m.
1.6 All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kshs.600,000.00 in form of a guarantee from a bank licensed
by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) or Insurance Company registered and approved by the Insurance Regulatory
Authority (IRA) and valid for 120 days from the tender closing date.
1.7 Complete tender documents MUST be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL:
www.supplier.treasury.go.ke AND Drop ORIGINAL copy of the Tender Document at the tender box located at
reception of West Pokot County Assembly offices as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be
received on or before 28th December 2023 at 9.00 a.m.
1.8 Late tenders will be rejected.
