COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KITUI TENDER DECEMBER 2023 

INVITATION TO TENDER 
LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE FOR VILLAGE AND WARD ADMINISTRATORS FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS 
1. The County Government of Kitui invites sealed tenders for lease of office space
for village administrators.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
normal office hours(8.00-5.00pm) at the Sub-County Administrators Offices in each Sub-County.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders from the office of sub-county
administrators during normal working hours.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kitui.go.ke. Tenderers
who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@kitui.go.ke
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the office of sub-county administrator, at sub county headquarters
where the particular village is located on or before 10th January 2024 at 12.00 Noon. Electronic Tenders
will not be permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
