INVITATION TO TENDER 

PROPOSED UPGRADING WORKS AT UTANGWA DISPENSARY 

NEG NO: GMC/H/T/52/1392789/2023/2024 
1. The Department of Health Services invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED UPGRADING WORKS AT
UTANGWA DISPENSARY
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Tendering is open to small and medium enterprises registered appropriately and are Residents of the County
Government of Makueni.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours i.e 0800hours-1700hours at the Makueni County referral hospital-Health Headquaters
offices.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.makueni.go.ke
or www.tenders.go.ke or www.supplier.treasury.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free
of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.makueni.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to countyhealthmkn@gmail.com , P.O BOX 78-90300 MAKUENI to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.

6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for
(120) days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Ksh. 139,000.00
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be addressed to the address below on/before 10.00Am 11th January, 2024.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and times pecified later. Tenders will be publicly opened online whereby the system will automatically lock
on time expiry.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
