INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO. –KE/NG-CDF/TENDER002/2023-2024
1. The NG-CDF KuriaEast invites sealed tenders for the supply TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PRINTERS, LAPTOPS AND
COMPUTER ACCESSORIES to be supplied at various locations within the County.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tenders to be awarded under Frame Work Agreement. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested
Tenderers. The tenders will be awarded based on Framework Agreement to be supplied as and
when required.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours[ 8.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m]at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded electronically free of charge from the Websites:
www.tenders.go.ke.
5. All tenders must be accompanied by a duly filled and signed Tender-Securing Declaration Form.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. The duly filled tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly labeled as
Framework Agreement and marked with the Tender Number and Tender Name to be
addressed to the NG-CDF KURIA EAST P.O. Box 7 KEGONGA and be deposited in the
Tender Box situated at the entrance of the NG-CDF Kuria EAST Kegonga Office so as to be
received on or before January 25, 2024 at 2.00 p.mTenders will be opened immediately after the
deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will
be publicly opened immediately thereafter in the Conference Hall.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
