PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER FOR WAJIR COUNTY STAFF

The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF WAJIR, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE & LABOUR
invites sealed tenders for the PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER
FOR WAJIR COUNTY STAFF
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document.
Tenderingisopen toall qualified and interestedTenderers.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the
Head Supply Chain Management Office, Wajir Governor’s Office 1st Floor during normal working hours.
A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be
obtained electronically from the Website www.wajir.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of
charge.
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.wajir.go.ke Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF
WAJIR P.O BOX 9- 70200 WAJIR tofacilitate anyfurther clarification or addendum.
Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain valid for 150 days
from the date of opening of tenders.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs. 1,000,000
TheTenderershall chronologicallyand sequentiallyserialize allpages in a numerical format 1,2,3,4,5…….
Including the cover page of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 24TH January, 2024 AT 11.00 AM
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
Tenders will be closed on 24th January, 2024 and thereafter be opened at the date and time specified above. Tenders
will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
Late tenderswill be rejected.
