PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS 2024-2025
INTRODUCTION
The Pastoralist Community Initiative and Development Assistance (PACIDA) is an indigenous, non-sectarian, non-profit, non-governmental organization founded in 2008 and committed to sustainable pastoralist development. PACIDA works with pastoralist communities in Kenya and Ethiopia to end poverty, hunger and disease while addressing the most pressing challenges affecting the communities.
SCOPE OF WORK
PACIDA wishes to update its list of prequalified suppliers and service providers and therefore invites applications from interested and eligible candidates for pre-qualifications for the supply of goods, works and services for 2024 to 2025 financial year for various categories for supply of goods and services in Marsabit and Samburu County. The existing suppliers are also required to participate.
QUALIFICATION:
Interested suppliers will be required to submit the following mandatory documents among other requirements;
- Copy of Incorporation certificate / Business registration certificate.
- Copy of valid KRA PIN /VAT compliance certificate.
- Audited Accounts OR Bank statement for the last two years.
