DCA in partnership with Saferworld, SAPCONE, ROG, ICPDO, ECC and APAD will be implementing the European Union funded “Strengthening integrated Peace, Resilience and Disaster Risk Reduction for cross-border communities in the Karamoja Cluster” (herein referred to as Borderlands) project. Working closely with pastoralists/agro-pastoralists, fisherfolk, women and youth-led CSOs, traditional leaders, local/national authorities and the private sector, the project aims at enhancing effectiveness of conflict prevention and mitigation, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and management and resilience-building in cross-border communities in the border region of the Karamoja Cluster (S. Omo/ Ethiopia, Turkana /Kenya and Eastern Equatoria/ S. Sudan).

Goods and services needed:
LOT Supply 1. Supply of motor vehicles – 4×4 / 4WD / 4-wheel Drive only for rugged terrain.
- Type I- 4tx4 WD – Right Hand Drive
- Type II- Double Cabin/twin Cab – Right Hand Drive.
LOT Supply 2. Supply of IT Equipment-Laptops (Probooks and Elitebooks), Backpacks, chargers, mouse etc
Interested suppliers should provide the following information to the Contracting Authority using the contact details below:
Provide the following information (mandatory documents)
- brief description of the company’s background (company profile) with the company’s name and contact details.
- the company’s statutory documents (Certificate of registration or incorporation and KRA Pin and or similar documents)
- Amplify membership certificate/certificate of authorization from manufacturers (This requirement is for suppliers interested in LOT Supply 2)
- List of your current clients and their contact details
- Reference letters from your past or current clients and/or copies of LPOs/LSOs/Contracts
