INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ECDE CLASSROOM AND 3 DOORPIT LATRINE AT LOTITA, CHESIWANJA AND KAKACH ECDE CENTER TIATY SUB COUNTY
1. The BARINGO COUNTY GOVERNMENT invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF
ECDE CLASSROOM AND 3 DOORPIT LATRINE AT LOTITA, CHESIWANJA AND KAKACH ECDE
CENTER TIATY SUB COUNTY. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National
Tender) using a standardized tender document.Tendering is open to all qualified and interestedTenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 8:00AM-5:00PM at the address given below.

AFC Building, Along Kabarnet-Eldoret Highway.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the IFMIS Website. Tender documents
obtained electronicallywill be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.baringo.go.ke. Tenderers
who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to Baringo County Government P.O
Box 53-30400 Kabarnet tofacilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for One
Hundred and Twenty-Six(126) days fromthe date of opening oftenders.

7. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered through IFMIS at the time and date indicated in IFMIS. Manual
submission will not bepermitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
