| INVITATION TO TENDER |
The County Assembly of Kitui invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the advertised Tenders for the financial year 2023-2024.
- Procurement of services category
- i)Kitui County Ward public forums (.Reserved for Youth) in the following wards;
- ii)Mutito/Kaliku, Township, Matinyani, Kauwi, Kwamutonga/Kithumula Mutonguni, Mwingi Central, Kivou, Nguni, Kyome/Thaana, Kyuso, Kanyangi, Mbitini, Ikanga/Kyatune and Kanziko
iii) Provision of Hotel and Conference Services (open tender) in the following counties- Nairobi, Kisumu, Mombasa, Nakuru, Kajiado, Machakos, Makueni, Kilifi, Kwale, Embu and Kitui.
- iv)Provision of outside catering services, (tea, snacks, lunches)- (Hotels within Kitui town).
- v)Provision of servicing and maintenance of Assembly motor vehicles-minor and medium service- (Within Kitui Town).
- Procurement of goods category
- i)Supply of petrol oil and lubricants – (Open tender)
- ii)Supply of Airtime and Newspapers – (Open tender)
iii) Supply of office bottled water – (reserved for special group)
Interested bidders may examine and obtain detailed information and tender documents free of charge from Assembly website: kituiassembly.go.ke or tenders.go.ke or supplier.treasury.go.ke .
Submission of tenders should be done electronically (in PDF format) through the IFMIS supplier portal so as to be received on or before 22nd March 2024 at 12.00 Noon.
Tenders will be opened electronically thereafter, in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend.
