MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Company Registration with the relevant Authorities
- Bid Bond of Kshs. 200,000 valid-for 120 days beyond the tender validity period from a reputable commercial bank in Kenya
- Proof of current registration with NCA 6 and Valid NCA Practicing License
- Copy of PJ.N Certificate and Valid Tax Compliance
- CR12 from the registrar of companies.
- Proof of similar works and their value undertaken in the last three years [Attach Completion Certificates
- Evidence of access to credit lines from financial institutions and availability of other financial resources
- The Tenderer should not have had any litigation history there before
