INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR THE PROVISION OF CUSTODIAL, FUND MANAGEMENT AND ACTUARIAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES
The Board of Trustee of Postal Corporation of Kenya Pension Scheme [PCKSPS] and Postal Corporation of Kenya Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme [PCKSRBS] invites bidders to tender for the provision of Custodial, Fund Management and Actuarial Consultancy Services as follows: –

Tender document detailing relevant terms and conditions MUST be downloaded from the Scheme website at www.postapension.co.ke free of charge. The Scheme will NOT provide Bidders with hardcopy documents. Complete Tender document shall be submitted to the Scheme through e-mail: bids@postapension.co.ke or deposited at the Scheme tender box located at NHIF building, 9″1 Floor so as to be received on or before 2nd May 2024 at 12 Noon.
Bids will be opened immediately thereafter at 2:00PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to witness the opening.
Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or part and does not bind itself to justify its decision.
Canvassing shall lead to automatic disqualification of the bidder.
