TENDER ADVERTISEMENT FOR DISPOSAL OF BONDED ITEMS 

Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching & Referral Hospital invites all interested bidders to
Purchase of Bonded items (Motor Vehicles/ICT Items/Medical Equipment’s/Scrap
Material’s). The tender particulars are as follows.
Interested tenderers may inspect the motor vehicles/ICT Items /Medical Equipment’s to be sold
during office hours [8.00am to 4.00 pm] at the address given below.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders at the head of Supply
chain management Office upon payment of non-refundable Fees of Kshs. 1,000.00/= payable to
Hospital till Number (PAYBIL No: – 4093849/ACCOUNT No: – FIRM NAME) Jaramogi
Oginga Odinga Teaching & Referral Hospital.
Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for the period
of 60 days from the closing date of the tender. Tenderers will be required to pay a non –
refundable deposit as indicated in the Appendix to Instructions to Tenderers.
The complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked tender number and
lot/title of tender indicated on top of the envelope should be addressed and delivered to: –

Or deposited into the tender box at the 1st Floor, JOOTRH Administration Bloc so as to reach
on or Before Friday 3rd May, 2024 at 12.00 NOON.
Tender opening will take place at the Conference Room situated at ground Floor, JOOTRH
Administration Bloc immediately after the above stated date and time in the presence of tenderers
or representatives who choose to attend.
NB: – After Payment Please Come with a Receipt as a Proof of Payment and a Brand New Flash Disk
to Pick the Document at the Head of Supply Chain Office Next to Eye Clinic
