VSO CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY FOR THE PROVISION OF AN UMBRELLA PENSION SCHEME AND WIBA COMPLIANT PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVER

We will be running two tender processes with the intention of awarding contracts for the provision of an Umbrella Pension Scheme and Group Life Insurance and WIBA Compliant Personal Accident Cover. We are seeking expressions of interest from suitable organisations/Vendors/Suppliers.
The Tenders are as follows:
VSOK Tender: Lot 1 – Provision of an Umbrella Pension Scheme. The supplier must be registered with the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA), a member of Association of Kenya Insurance and RBA approved. They must be authorized by (RBA) to receive NSSF Tier 2 contributions. The Scheme consists of 66 employees, whose monthly contributions is 8.5% of gross salary
VSOK Tender: Lot 2 – Provision of Group life Insurance (GPL) and WIBA Plus (Compliant with Personal Accident Cover) for 66 staff and 130 dependents (spouses and children) and WIBA Plus only for 30 National volunteers . The supplier must be registered with the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA and a member of the Association of Kenya Insurance
Expressions of interest: all expressions of Interest must be received by VSO by 30th May 2024 at 4.30PM and must be submitted electronically (emailed) to the following email address: tenderkenya@vsoint.org and copy vsokenva.reception@vsoint.org The EOI must include a contact name, company address, phone and email address and must state which tender interest Lot is being expressed for.
