PROVISION OF AIR TRAVEL AND TICKETING SERVICES

Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is an international independent medical humanitarian organization that provides assistance to people affected by conflicts, epidemics, and natural or human-made disasters and excluded from healthcare. We provide this assistance without discrimination, irrespective of race, religion, creed or political affiliation. MSF Eastern Africa (MSF EA) is the regional institutional office for MSF, based in Nairobi.

MSF Eastern Africa is seeking proposals from qualified flight booking/ travel management companies in Kenya to provide comprehensive travel services for our staff in Kenya and other places to travel globally. Tender Reference RFP/ MSFEA/TRAVEL/001/24. Service providers interested in providing the above- mentioned service are requested to send their intention to bid solely via procurement@nairobi.msf.org   with the above Tender reference also indicated in the subject line.

MSF EA will thereafter provide further instructions to service providers who in our opinion are capable to provide services in accordance with the requirements that will be fully specified in the solicitation document. MSF EA should thereafter receive the final tender documents from potential contractors not later than the stated closing date and time below:

All late submissions will be rejected. MSF EA reserves the right to accept or reject all Expression of Interest either in whole or in part and is not bound to give reasons thereof.
