RETENDER FOR PROVISION OF MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER FOR LAPFUND STAFF AND BOARD MEMBERS

TENDER NOTICE

LAPFUND is a State Corporation established in 1960 by an Act of Parliament Cap. 272, Laws of Kenya and a Defined Contribution Retirement Scheme registered and regulated by the Retirement Benefits Act of 1997 and Subsequent Regulations. –

LAPFUND invites interested tenderers to bid for the following tenders.

1. Interested and eligible bidders may view and download the above tender documents from LAPFUND website www.lapfund.or.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke ) or a hard copy at LAPFUND Procurement Office on 10th Floor 316 Upperhill Chambers, 2nd Ngong Avenue at a cost of Ksh 1,000 only. The tender documents can be downloaded from the above websites free of charge.
2. Bidders who download the tender document must register their interest using the link in our website https://www.lapfund.or.ke/tenders/supplier-registration-medical  to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
3. Completed tender documents shall be sealed in a plain envelope, clearly marked as stated in the tender documents showing Tender reference number and Tender Name and addressed to: –

4. Completed documents shall be deposited in the Tender box at the LAPFUND offices located at 316 Upperhill Chambers, 2nd Ngong Avenue at the reception area on 10TH Floor.
5. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified in the tender document. Tenders will be publicly open in the presence of the Tenderer’s designated representatives who choose to attend.
