REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
The Public Sector Accounting Standards Board invites Requests for proposals for Consultancy Services
for Supply, Installation, Customization, Testing, Training, Commissioning and Maintenance of an offthe shelf integrated Internal Audit Management Software Indicated in the tender document” Terms of
Reference TOR”. Interested parties shall follow the instructions and documents in this RFP document which shall
be in English Language.
1. Interested parties may obtain the document by downloading it from
PSASB website www.psasb.go.ke OR from the Supply Chain Offices
on CPA Centre, 8th Floor, Ruaraka, off Thika Road
2. The RFP shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly indicating name and address of
tenderer, the RFP name and title, and must reach the Procuring Entity at the address
indicated below not later than 14th June 2024 at 12 noon. RFPs can be delivered by
registered mail, courier or hand delivery at the tenderer’s option.
3. Late bids shall be rejected and returned unopened
4. Enquiries regarding this RFP may be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer at info
@psasb.go.ke
5. Any resulting contract shall be subject to the terms and conditions detailed in Part 3: Contract.
