SALE BY PUBLIC AUCTION

The Energy & Petroleum Regulatory Authority will be disposing various items through Sale by Public Auction consisting of Laptops, Cameras, Phones, Tyres among other items at their premises at Eagle Africa Centre, Longonot Road, Upper Hill, Nairobi on 21st June, 2024 starting at 10.00 a.m. The full list of items can be downloaded from the Authority’s website.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:

  • Viewing to be done as from Wednesday 12thJune 2024 to Wednesday 19th June 2024 during normal working hours to verify the details, as these are not war- ranted by the Auctioneers or our principals as the sale is on “as – is – where – is – basis”
  • Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit of

Ksh. 1,000.00 for each category to obtain a bidding number.

  • Payments of the purchased goods must be done by close of business on the day of auction through a bank deposit to ENERGY & PETROLEUM REGULA- TORY AUTHORITY which will be provided during the auction
  • Any uncollected items by close of business on Monday 24th June 2024 togeth- er with the deposit shall be forfeited

5) Sale is subject to reasonable reserve prices.
