SUPPLY, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION OF GIS SOFTWARE AND SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF 2NO GPS MACHINES

KIRINYAGA COUNTY WATER & SANITATION PLC TENDER JUNE 2024  

Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Water and Sanitation development Proj­ect-Conditional Liquidity Support Grant [CLSG] II, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward procurement and payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery & Installation of GIS Software and Supply & Delivery Of 2no GPS Machines and the Construction of Pipeline Extension and Supply, Delivery & installation of Electromagnetic Meters and Fittings.

The Kirinyaga County Water and Sanitation PLC now invites sealed Bids from interested eligible bidders for the following below tenders:

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Kirinyaga County Water and Sanitation PLC offices and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1700hours excluding weekends and public holidays at the address below

The bidding document containing detailed instructions and requirements may be downloaded from Kirinyaga County Water and Sanitation PLC website www.kicowasco.co.ke free of charge. Bidders/applicants who download the bidding documents shall email their names, contacts details, tender description and tender number to info@kicowasco.co.ke

All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee as shown below:

• Lot 1: Supply, Delivery & Installation of GIS Software and Supply & Delivery of 2no Gps Machines-Ksh. 72,408.00
• Lot 2: Construction of Pipeline Extension and Supply, Delivery & Installation of Electromagnetic Meters and Fittings- Ksh. 482,985.00

Completed bid documents should be sequentially serialized including all the attachments anD placed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender Number and Category Description to be deposited in the Tender Box situated at Customer Care Office of Kirirwaga County Water and Sanitation pic located along Kerugoya Karatina road opposite Kerugoya Stadium on or before Tuesday 26^TH  June 2024 at12.00 1200hours East African Time [EAT] and be addressed to: –

Bids will be publicly opened immediately after the deadline in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at KIRIWASCO Boardroom. Late bids will automatically be rejected.
