INVITATION TO TENDER

Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital (KTRH) invites bids from eligible bidders in the stated category for financial year 2023/2024

Tender document may be obtained electronically from www.kisii.go.ke, www.ktrh.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke .

Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Bidders who download the tender documents and need any clarifications may send their particulars immediately to:  ktrh.procurement@kisii.go.ke.

Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes.

Tenders shall remain valid for 120 Days from the date of opening of tenders.

Interested bidders are required to bid through Integrated Financial Management Information System (I FMIS) system via Negotiation No given above.

This tender must be responded to by Tuesday 9th July, 2024 at 10.00 am East African Time.

Completed tender documents must be submitted through the IFM IS supplier portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke 

The tender documents will be opened on the same day.

Bidders’ designated representatives are invited to attend at KTRH, New Conference Hall.
