KEN/RLP/E0I/2024/G2 STIMULATING PRIVATE SECTOR ANIMAL HEALTH SERVICE DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR GARISSA AND WAJIR COUNTIES.
Through its Regional Livestock program [RLP], Mercy Corps seeks to invite private sectors engaged in feed and fodder business as well as animal health service providers in Kenya with focus on Garissa and Wajir counties. This is to facilitate intervention to catalyse private sector-led business expansion and growths through co-investments.

On feed/fodder sector market system: Mercy Corps RLP requests Expressions of Interest [Eol] from existing small, medium and/or large feed processors, fodder producer and/or feed/fodder retailors who are interested in establishing or expanding their business through co-investment partnership to last mile to support livestock producers in Garissa and Wajir counties.
On animal health market system: Mercy Corps RLP requests EOI from interested business with objective to catalyse private sector engagement in animal health inputs and service delivery to last mile livestock producers through co-investment partnership in the RLP program area.

Submission instructions for the EOI are as follows:

KEN/RLP/E0I/2024/02 A short technical approach outlining your company background, understanding the sector, business model/approach to reach last mile producers/consumers, and estimated costs of the intervention.
Mercy Corps will invite shortlisted applicants to further develop their ideas in a co-design meeting with the Mercy Corps team and a pre award assessment will be carried out before signing an agreement.
