MOYALE BORDER POST UPGRADE PROJECT, COMESA EDF 11 – TRADE

MINISTRY OF INVESTMENTS, TRADE AND INDUSTRY TENDER JULY 2024 

CALL FOR TENDER

1. The Government of the Republic of Kenya through the Ministry of Investments, Trade and Industry; State Department for Trade intends to contract eligible bidders for the following Tender tabulated below for the Moyale one stop border Post in Kenya with the financial assistance from the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) Trade Facilitation Programme under the 11th European Development Fund (EDF).

2. Bidders will be conducted through National Open tender procedure as specified in the EDF and COMESA Tenders must be submitted using the standard tender form included in the tender dossier, whose format and instructions must be strictly observed.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the State Department for Trade and inspect the bidding document during office hours Monday to Friday 0800 hrs to 1600

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below in person, registered and be place in the tender box at our offices on 17th Floor, Teleposta Towers, Kenyatta Avenue, Nairobi, Kenya. Electronic bidding will not be permitted on or before 2nd August 2024 at 11:00hrs.
